Adrian Lockett

Hi, my name is Adrian, but a lot of people call me Ace.  I was born in Bolivar Mississippi while my mother was visiting relatives but I was raised in East St. Louis Illinois.  I grew up with both of my parents together, my mom and dad’s mom spoiled me, gave me anything I wanted, and anything they felt that I would want, but I was a bad little sneaky fella, Lol.  I made good grades in school, and joined programs outside of school.  Becoming a teenager, I saw the world completely different from what I assumed it would be.  I learned not to trust everything the government says or shows, not every smile is friendly, friends can become enemies, and be careful who I give my heart to.  I’m pretty much quiet and don’t associate with any or everybody, but its easy for me to talk to people.  I am currently incarcerated, because I had a bestfriend that I was hanging out with almost daily, and unbeknownst to me, he was with someone, and they committed a crime and got away and the victim knew of my friend, and described someone he was with that matched my description and I was picked up and arrested for having a warrant for this crime.  Because I did not “snitch” on my bestfriend and tell police what happened with a crime I had no involvement in, I was charged, convicted, and sentenced to 8 years at 50% which is 4 years I have to serve.  But as crazy as it may sound, I feel as though my incarceration was a doing by God, giving me time to reflect on life, and think about, how I am going to utilize this time to plan on being a better person, and living a better life.  I currently have 4 kids, all boys, ages 11,10,3,1.  I love my kids with all my heart.  And vice versa.  I am a Scorpio, I love to work out, travel the world when I can and learn new things about life in general, I love reading, listening to music, watching movies, and spending as much time as I can with my children.  I am honestly open to either a friendship or relationship at the moment.  I am currently incarcerated in Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon Illinois.
