I’m sixty one years old and have been incarcerated for twenty three years, beginning that time on death row.  As that time passed my connections with people outside these places gradually faded away.  Until I have no one.  I need someone to share thoughts and ideas with.  Who will reciprocate.  Ethnicity and gender make no difference, but someone who enjoys reading, and history, would be a good fit for a pen pal.

I’ve always enjoyed reading, and once in prison that pasttime became critically important.  But quality books current readily available.  That fact prompted me to attempt writing and I discovered when my thoughts were fixed on a storyline I was writing, I was that charactor.  In that place and time.  So all the noise and idiocy going on around me was earily blocked from my consciousness.

Today I am working on novel number fifty.  Most of which are historical fiction.  Twenty of those a family saga series, which spans the time period pre of american revolution, to 1984.  Writing is a major factor in retaining my sanity, and I would welcome regular correspondense with a pen pal.
