TRULY SOMEONE DIFFERENT

My name is Esmon V. Jones.  I was born and raised in Decatur IL 1984.  There may not be so much in my city but I love my city.  Very proud to be from Decatur IL.

Currently, I have been incarcerated since 2006.  I currently remain imprisoned for 1st degree murder under an “accountability theory” a/k/a “accountable for the conduct of another”, unjust law.  The “another”, was almost 20 yrs older than me time of the incident and later freed from murder charges/incident.

I’m fighting and praying for a major change to these unjust laws.  To sum up my situation, my case, you have the state that freed the so called murderer-over a decade ago therefore, it is only fair to free me (Jones) someone who was merely present to a slight extent time of incident.

Victim shot one time in arm-taken to hospital where he died over 3 hours later from blood loss.  Before death victim told police officers Jones (me) not the shooter-the guy later freed was man who shot him.  

My hobbies are working out every now and then though I pressure no one else to do so.  I also like to go to the law library to read and learn law.  I like to read in general to learn about almost all aspects of life.

Know that I am very open minded.  I do not judge people.  Come as you are be 100.  I normally do not talk much but now I am seeking to come out of such shell.  I’m looking to connect with someone special in a real way.  I may be granted freedom in the near coming yrs.  I want to come out there to someone new that will help me help us build enjoy life together.  Conversing, will expand.  Just…
