Wrongfully convicted and unjustly disbarred attorney seeking friends, emotional and spiritual supporters, associates, State, Federal and local Legislatures, Reporters, Investigative Journalist, Lawyers, Legal Scholars, Law Students, Law School Professors, Educators, Ivy League Students, PhD’s and PhD Candidates, Innocence Programs, International Human Rights Advocates, Pod Cast Host and Co-Host, Radio Host, Private Investigators, Persons and Entities with Philanthropic goals and views and Celebrity Advocates that have an interest in the importance of Constitutional Civil and Human Rights, Prisoner Rights and Criminal Justice Reform to help raise awareness to a miscarriage of justice.
I am a black man, single and heterosexual (straight) that has been in uninterrupted incarceration on the City of Chicago, County of Cook and State of Illinois levels collectively for over 16 years. I am currently serving a life sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC).
I have been cheated out of my State, Federal and Human Rights at every stage of the Criminal Justice Process and by prison staff while incarcerated.
My rights have been violated pre-arrest, during arrest, pre-indictment, pre-trial, post-trial, during sentencing, during direct appeal and during my Illinois Post Conviction Petition for Relief Matter.
I was forced into the custody of IDOC even prior to completion of the Circuit Court proceedings.
I was denied some of the most basic and fundamental rights and protections that are afforded to any human charged with a crime within the borders of the United States of America.
I was never given a pre-trial hearing on a meritorious pre-trial motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence due to no fault of my own, and the trial judge denied me multiple other pre-trial hearings on multiple other meritorious pre-trial motions.
So many false facts and mischaracterizations of evidence were interwoven into the case by a plethora of erroneous judicial observations, rulings and orders in order to deny me relief and to blatantly in opposition to the law and facts of the case substantiate the State’s weak and speculative prosecution against me.
Despite the criminal matter being full of uncertainties, conjecture, speculation and unknown variables the then Cook County State’s Attorney at the time (my former law school professor) allowed the office of the State’s Attorney to pursue the death penalty in the case prosecuted against me prior to capital punishment being abolished in Illinois.
There is no eyewitness to the double-murder. I no not have a co-defendant, and the state has never alleged that I had an accomplice to the murders.
There is no fingerprint, blood, DNA, ballistic or surveillance evidence that positively connects me to the double-murder.
I certainly have not confessed to the double-murder to anyone and I have not made any inculpatory statement to anyone which could be perceived as incriminating admissions.
No murder weapon was discovered prior to trial and no murder weapon was presented as evidence at the trial.
Prior to incarceration I had my own law firm and law practice.
I like most forms of music including but not limited to R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, Country, Blues, Gospel, Jazz, Soul, Classic and Rock.
I watch sports, news, talk shows, movies of all sorts, educational historical and documentary programs, political and social commentary broadcast, reality television, home and business investment and rehab programs, automobile auction and restoration shows, music videos and concerts, medical programs, fashion shows, award ceremonies, religious programs amongst countless other interesting programs.
I am open minded and easy to get along with.
I am a great listener. I would like to build my network with people from all over the world.
You can connect with me by first reaching out thru mail and IC Solutions CorrLink Messaging and eventually we may work our way towards phone calls, video visits and in person contact visits.
